ABCodify is a software development and digital services practice operated by Muhammad Aun as a freelancer/sole proprietor based in Pakistan. Services may include web application development, frontend and backend engineering, APIs, databases, automation, AI-related development, technical consulting, and related digital product services.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or security.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or associated services.
• Introduce malicious code, malware, automated attacks, or other harmful material.
• Abuse, spam, or intentionally overload the contact form or other interactive features.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, branding, logos, original visual assets, and other materials published on the Site are owned by or licensed to ABCodify.

Project names, trademarks, screenshots, logos, and other materials displayed in the portfolio may belong to their respective clients, companies, or third-party owners. Their appearance on the Site does not necessarily mean that ABCodify owns those materials.

Information presented on the Site describes ABCodify's general capabilities and services. It does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, guarantee, or commitment to provide a particular service.

Submitting the contact form or contacting ABCodify by email or WhatsApp does not create a client relationship or binding service agreement.

Any paid development, consulting, maintenance, or other professional engagement will be subject to a separate agreement defining the applicable scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, intellectual-property terms, and other relevant conditions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, platforms, documentation, social networks, tools, or other external resources.

These third-party resources are operated independently from ABCodify. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or terms.

The Site may also use third-party advertising services, such as Google AdSense, if advertising is enabled. Third-party services may use their own cookies and technologies according to their respective policies.
